Warranty certificate or card dot given by the dealer: I have purchased a Swift Dezire VDI car of Maruti Suzuki form Infinity Cars at Hoshangabad (Madhya Pradesh) on the 27th of May 2014 with an extended warranty for 4 years. At the time to purchase, the sales executive form the dealer (Infinity Cars) has promised me to provide warranty certificate or warranty card in a couple of days. But even after making several phone calls and visit to the dealer’s showroom it had not given provided me the warranty certificate till date. Showroom staff does not behave properly, misguide me and not even allow me to talk to the manager. This all made me frustrated and I want to file a complaint against the dear (Infinity Cars). Hope you will do the needful and order the dear to provide me warranty certificate and apologies, in writing, for misbehave and misguidance.

I’ve to make several phone call, took leave from my office to visit the showroom several times. Although, it does not affect me financially, but it gave me mental stress since last 10 months. Hope you will do the needful and order the dear to provide me warranty certificate and apologies, in writing, for misbehave and misguidance.
