I bought a panasonic LCD TV model no L32U20D on 8.10.2010 from great eastern appliances pvt ltd, kankurgachi branch.Today is 18.10.2010…..it is not yet delivered.every time i call them, they make false promises about the date on which theproduct will be delivered….my challan no is:1164 and the vat no is:19451814006
