As per procedure for redemption of JP miles to my credit JP M.No.138648801 and my wife JP M.No.138648812, we requested for redemption on April 10, 2015 and also sent our passports on April 12 as demanded by them. Since then 6 time telephonic followups and also sent mails as attached. till date our bookings have been not done and the prices have gone up of Jet airways and its partners’ arlines.

(A)Book our Return tickets on Jet or its partners’ airlines at economic rate with shortest travel time for Mr.Shirish Shah BOM to EWR(June 27 or 28 or 29),EWR to LHR(july 11), LHR TO BOM(July 20). Fro Mrs.Tilotma Shah EWR to LHR(july 11), LHR TO BOM(July 20),BOM to EWR(DEC 19). PL. ensure, we are travelling to gether on EWR to LHR(july 11), LHR TO BOM(July 20)route. (B) Extend our JP Miles expiry dates by one year and compansate our monetory loss due to mistakes and delays on the part of Jet Airways
