One of the reliace executive contacted me on phone for there ULIP Insurance. i called him at home at that time he didnot gave me the full information. I was suppose to travel outside India. before leaving i was trying to make some investment. i gave him a cheque of 10000 and asked him to get the ULIP policy issue on my wife’s name. i gave hiom this cheque on 25th Oct’ 2008. On 27th Oct’ 2008 I travelled to USA and I came back on 7th Dec’ 2008. After doing a rigrous followup he provided my policy bond on 25th Dec’ 2008 and found that Reliance Insurance has deducted 25% of my amount as allocation charges which I was not aware off. Details for my wife is also mentioned wrong on that application form even my address is not correct. i provide my rent aggreement as my address proff but he mentioned the wrong address after picking the same from my licence which is from Delhi and I am currently staying in Jaipur. Even DOm is wrongly mentioned on that application form. AnD i got angry when i found that he had done forged signature on my place. i went to Reliance Life Insurance office and asked for the cancellation of the policy because as per the reliace executive I received bond on 25th dec’ 2008 and i can go for cancellation within 15 Days after receiveing the same bond. Since 9th Jan’ 2009 I have made numerous call but no one is able to give my money back. I didnot received my money on time due to which I was unable to submit my investment proff in office on time and I have been panelized with the Tax of 7000/- and the mental harrasment they are doing i dont know who is going to help me. Matter is that if they take money for the policy they take the same in two days or cash. but when I am asking for the refund they are unable to return me the same in one day. Now I neet the mone for which I am panelized and Intrest of my money. please help me to get the same.
