I Baught IBall Slide WQ 140 Tablet in January 2015 While using the tablet, I have observed that whenever I access an internet page with a video running on the same, the screen of the tablet goes blank Since then, I have also visited their service center more than once. There are several mails exchanged between us, however it is not at all helping me in resolving the issue. Now, I do not want to go through this pain anymore and want my money to be refunded. I have mentioned the problem to them in the very first mail of 22nd January 2015, and it has not changed a bit since then. I also sent them videos on 20th April 2015. I fail to understand what is that their team not understanding. It is quite evident from the trail above, that it’s not that they have not understood the problem, its more to do with they have no clue how to resolve this issue.
