I have placed an order at Amazon and paid 50 INR extra to get the delivery in 2 days. Now its been more than two weeks, and they have not even responded to my messages to their online complain forum. The product is small but I have paid extra money to get 2 days delivery. Now the order status keeps saying it’s dispatched. please see the attached order details for the same. Order was suppose to arrive on May 19 – today is June 1

Well, I do lose the 50 rupees extra I paid for faster delivery. But the amount is less important. I wanted urgent delivery to gift this to my sister and now fast deliver doesn’t help anything
