I Prateek Singh Roheria, booked a bus ticket on redbus application for journey from jaipur to jodhpur rajasthan. Ticket no. TH6X32689728 and PNR NO. 29629131. With mobile no. 952132xxx on 1st june ,2015 at around 12 noon. With RAJ TRAVELS. Then I just want to cancel the ticket and get my amount to be refunded,I called the redbus company call center at 18603001xxx they say they cannot refund the amount , citing the bus operator’s cancellation policy which at the time of booking was not mentioned to me in their terms and conditions option which I ticked, I have the digital documents which I snapshoted on my monitor screen, I am enclosing all such documents of conversation with the company regarding my cancellation and refund. Also bus operator raj travels said me that redbus will refund the money not the travel agency. Both are directing me to each other for refund. But as a consumer I have right to get my money back for the service which I have booked but not availed.

I want my 400 rs back and also 1000 rs as a compensation from the redbus company, as they did not informed me about the cancellation policy of bus operator prior to booking in their terms of condition which i ticked, rather they told me about this when I asked for the refund.
