Dear Sir/Madam I had surrendered a policy(00334531) of Future General India Life Insurance Company Limited and As per the company they are saying that they had dispatched the surrender value of Rs 19384/- to my address (At/po-Nampo,Ps-Jaleswar,Dist-Balasore)on 13/Jan/2015 vide cheque No-0719121 ,But the matter of regret is that I have not received the Cheque till Now and after Inquiry at the Post office they are telling that they have delivered the cheque at my address but practically no such cheque has been delivered to me neither I have received any Amount with connection to the surrender value , Therefore you are requested to look into the matter and provide solution at the earliest Requesting you to do the needfull at your earliest Copy to Irda and Bimalokpal for kind information and necessary Action Thanks and Regards Ashish Kumar Jena Nampo,Jaleswar,Balasore 943772xxx 8984744xxx
