I have ordered tennis shoe size UK 8 from SnapDeal via order no. 6056627254 on 30 April’15. I received product from the company on 4 May’15. On opening of the parcel I found that the shoes are UK size 6 and hence I asked for replacement/refund . Company arranged for courier pickup and I was informed that the company will not be able to honour the order and amount will be refunded. I was informed that mode of refund will be amount credited in my account with snapdeal. I raised a complaint with request no. 19067702 saying that I want account in my bank account used for internet banking. On no reply on the above I again raised the issue with request number 19122112. I have not received any reply on action on my requests.
I want my amount in my bank account used for internet banking at the time of payment. Also, I request the panal to impose a suitable penalty on the vendor for wrongly blocking cash and being unresponsive on the request.
