Substandard good selling

It for registering the complaints against the Defect occurring in my Koryo LED 32 HD TV.
I have purchased a KORYO HD 32 LED TV, Model No: KLE-5523BV11, Serial No: DOKLE5523BA11A-0306, MADE IN PRC RECENTLY from Big Bazzar/Future Bazzar Visakhaptnam,Branch on last 30 Mar11.vide bill no:41/55880 and EMI invoice 334711 dated same as mentioned. its EMI not even completed one year defect start occurring. And Balance of money not even paid fully. The customer care is delaying due to unavailability of spares. Now why do customers should suffer for substandard according. It is violating the Consumer protect act 1986.Practicing the restricted trade against constitutional law. It a heavy crime to import the faulty good from PRC to cheat the country by Future value Limited, Mumbai. The Problem start occurring since beginning of installation unclear image and power switch flickering, I thought that due to insufficient adjustment it may happen like that but it get more damage in audio and video. And now
1. Suddenly images are dimmed down and become dark automatically, the sound also flop-flop after sometimes of running.
2. Power switch also giving flickering and Clarity is not accurate since I have purchased it. Such major defect occurred in seven months. That’s shows that unreliable product.
Now I want to replace the peace with other brand with same cost. Nevertheless I will stop paying the EMI. Or Let you take back the entire Good back. It is clear threat of cheating and exploitation or fraud with numbers of customer by big bazzar
