It’s a black trolley bag (American Tourister) of around 20-25 kgs containing Clothings, Gifts, Books, other valuables. After waiting past the expected delivery date, I lodged a complaint regarding the delay in my shipment. The costumer service executives took a long time to find out exactly why the shipment had been help up at their Bomd Stc Office at Panvel. Even after repeated calls they couldn’t give me a satisfactory reply but kept telling that i will be getting my shipment soon. Later I directly got in touch with Bomd Stc Office regarding the same. They agreed to the fact that the shipment has been misplaced. When asked about “Claim” on my lost shipment, they inform me that my luggage was of “No Commercial Value” i.e, No worth. On checking, I found out that the booking office had fraudulently entered “NIL” for the value of my luggage in the receipt in a very illegible handwriting as the computers was off on the shipment day. When i informed the Sanpada Office, they rebuked me for not mentioning the value and not checking the receipt before leaving. the fact being that the personnel, who filled the receipt, never asked me to quote any price/value for the shipment.

I would request your kind self to take necessary action against GATI-KWE to resolve this issue at the earliest. I would really appreciate if the shipment can be traced at the earliest and given to me ASAP or settle a claim against the lost shipment due to negligence of GATI-KWE Your help would be greatly appreciated and obligded.
