Ref: – Home Loan A/c No. 1. 30208969613 (2) 33456499685 at SBI Bobbili Banch. I am regular and prompt customer of SBI and it can be visualized and ascertained from my all running and closed accounts of Home Loans/Car Loan/Personal Loans etc.. But the attitude of the field officer of SBI Bobbili Main Branch is such that they are more interested in harassing valued customer rather than defaulted customer. I am having two Home Loan accounts on a single Home and one account is regularly repaying Rs.14,300/- as monthly EMI (Principal Rs.5,00,000/-) but the other Loan (Principal Rs.8,00,000/-) EMI is recently not regularly repaying since loan outstanding has drastically reduced to less than Rs.1.00 lakh. From my monthly salary account Rs.40,000/- is kept under lien and transferred to my Loan account without any notice or information. Due to salary account “Zero” balance my family suffered a lot. This unbecoming attitude of the field office has brought to the notice of weak manager. Points of Relief Sought : 1. Refix my EMI of Rs. 8 Lakhs Loan 2. Through enquiry of my above referred points. Through verification of my loan accounts and reverse all unwarranted Debits in both the Home loan accounts. Fixing responsibility of the erring official.
