My husband is struggling on the bed and there is a medication that has arrived in Bangalore international airport. Even after submitting all the documents they have asked for (this morning – 14.12.05 at 12 noon) still the customer care and other personal involved are answering so carelessly to me. My husband has lost the eyesight and if something happens to him, I will not leave FEDEX. I will make it a media flare. I am very angry and very upset. This is not at all acceptable.
