Lenovo P1 Service Worst Experience

Sir, It really my worse experience with Lenovo as well as your service center.

I had submitted my Lenovo P1m last year 19th Dec 2015 in Nehru place service center because of unavailability of Touch panel.

Today 16 days has passed no response your team giving to me, they are simply saying as soon Part will come from Bangalore we will Inform you.

First , Its really sad to see a customer who brought new Cell having problem in that, nd Secondly your service centre is
so worse they are not able to bring require part from Benglore in 16 days!!!!!!

I request either do this in current week or simply Provide me New Cell.

I m really fed up!!!!!
