VOONIK Shopping – Wrong Item Shipped

Complaint written to VOONIK ON 29 fEB 2016:- I would like to draw your kind attention towards the cheating activity done by your company i.e. M/s “Voonic”. Today I was shocked, when I had opened the parcel that the saree delivered to me was never ordered by me (see Photograph of received saree). I had ordered red and blue colour saree with entirely different print w.r.t. what I had received. (see photo of Ordered saree). Photo of Order detail pasted on parcel is also attached. Kindly look into the matter and send me the consignment what I had ordered ( now paid) immediately. Sharmila Sachan Kota

Although I had requested to M/s Voonik for delivery of same item which i had ordered, but VOONIK had straightforwardly denied for the ordered product, and assured to refund full payment including shipping (Rs. 28.00) and COD (Rs. 49.00) charges. But i had received only Rs 399.00 instead of Rs. 476.00 which i had paid during delivery of product. (Screen en Shot of Bank statement attached.

I need the only product, what I had ordered. against Order No.: R 725306106-1 Dated: 21 Feb 2016 NOTE: I HAD SELECTED ” LOTOFSTOCK” BECAUSE “Voonik” is not available in drop down window under Brand Name.
