I visit thrice the store of jio sim provider located at Bhagalpur, near zila school, Bihar for asking sim but staff dealing near the counter misbehaved with me and did not give me the sim. I am using samsung J7. I am govt employee and some how managed the time to go to the store but they neither give me the sim nor talked to me gently. They misbehaved with me why , i spent 25000 rs per month on my mobile. It doesnt matter of the availability of sim, it is the matter of prestige. It is better to take action against your staff otherwise i have to go consumer forum.

I want to lodge a complaint against RELIANCE DIGITAL STORE MINI at my nearby. They have submitted my id proof for issue me a free jio sim but after 20 days, they are not giving me the sim. I asked them for sim every day but they don’t talk to me, even they do misbehave with me and all other costumers. They are providing jio sim to their relatives and friends. For others they are selling sim for 500 rs. or much. This store is at jaipur house, lohamandi road, near sirki mandi crossing, agra (u.p. west). Pin 282010. My mob.- 8126000250. Pls take note of that.
