Dear Sir I recently went to buy a jio sim from the jio store to buy one, which is located at sahebganj ,jharkhand pin: 816109, beside girls high school sahebganj ,chowk bazaar. They refused me to give one on account of non availability of sim.However the sim is available in the market for as many as Rs 300. I therefore request you to look into the situation and do the requisite at the earliest.

Dear sir, I’m writing this letter with deep regret that I’m not able to get the jio sim. My home town is in Jamshedpur and I study in Bangalore. First of all I didn’t get the sim in Bangalore because of local address proof. I’m a student, I study there. How will I furnish local address proof there?? Now in puja holidays I came to Jamshedpur and from last 3 days I’m going to reliance mini xpress, everyday they say that the sim is out of stock. But, when I go to a local mobile shop then they have the sim and they are charging rs 200-300 for one sim. I don’t know how the sim is not available at reliance but it is available at local mobile stores and they are simply charging for the sim which we are supposed to get free. Thank you
