As i m custoomer of vodafone mumbai i have activated the dnd service on my no 9820344343 on oct-08 but still i m receiving the unwanted calls n telemarketing sms, i m receiving the call mainly when i m in roaming,despit call to helpline they as usual as there call centre langauges “sir v highly apolozies for the inconvinience caused to u,this wont happen again we r taking ur request n bla bla bla”

Can any one just guide me where can i claim for this coz its going beyond my control n now i hv to claim on vodafone mumbai.
