Airtel IPTV not working properly

I have returned to India recently and applied for an IP TV connection on 6th November 2011. After a hell lot of follow up (Supposed to be within 3/4 working days), it was installed on 28th November night. Since then, I was getting awaiting signal every 5/10 minutes and watching was a botheration.
I raised my complaint ( 8110438) on 30th Night and on 1st December engineer visited me. He diagonised its either line or model problem and provided me a number of Mr Nadim Khan (+918826291701) to call. Since 1st, i was desperately tried to reach this guy, but never picked up phone till 5th December and made a false promise to send engineer next morning.

By the time, i raised another complaint ( 8260578) on the same issue on 3rd night and received an sms that engineer will visit me by 1 pm on 4th..and nobody visited
I called on 5th night only to find out that the engineer logged that problem is resolved ( I am sure in airtel you know magic to enter into a locked house (I stay alone) and come without my notice….which is a plain lie.
I was promised by Showkat of 198 on 5th night that he has escalated and someone will be visiting me on 6th….
on 6th night i understood from my call again to 198 that some mr Murari again did the magic…..what a lie……
and since then every night i call, every night i get the reply that engineer has visited and resolved and closed the complaint…..and when opposed, i get promise that engineer will visit next day and i again find nobody at my premise but complaint is resolved at 198 …..and since yesterday night my phone is also not working…..
Today morning I called up and was assured..( Ms Aparna from 198 “Guaranteed” me that it will be resolved, and Mr Priyam confirmed by 3 pm it will be resolved…..and till now i have received no call from any engineer that they are visiting me.
I am really upset on the service of airtel……I am having three options against such coordinated lie and harassing customer

a) Please disconnect it immediately…if you cannot provide service, please take it back..and i am not going to shell out a penny for the crap.
b) I will go to court against airtel for harassing and will demand adequate compensation
c) I will escalate this issue with Airtel higher up….i understand from my designation, you know that we have significant relation with Airtel top management and though i am against taking personal things professional, i will be forced to take it.
Now please advise what course you would like me to take.
