Not receivd policy bond, coreespondence, Documents since August 2008 till 25.12.2011.

I, Mrs. Rupa R. Ved opted Birla Sun Life Plan through Insurance Advisor 001287 on 19/8/2008 for which a Cheque bearing ChequeNo-261280, drawn on Union Bank Of India S/B A/c No 53043, Borivali (West) Branch, for amount of Rs 50,000/-(Fifty Thousand only) was issued by me in favour of Birla Sunlife which was cleared from my account on 21-08-2008,for which the insurance Advisor acknowledged and issued a receipt of Rs. 50,000/- being received by the company.My policy No is 001951079 (Client ID:5760892770).I wrote several mails, made telephone calls and made several visits to the nearest branch of Birla Sunlife Insurance Company to get the policy bond, correspondence and documents but my each and every attempt was failed due to the negligence of the company till 25.12.2011 i have not yet received any policy documents nor the company of Birla Sunlife Insurance has made an attempt to do the needfull and almost after a period of 2 years without ven surrendering the policy they have sent a cheque of Rs.45000/- and have terminated my policy.This has resulted in wrongfull loss to me.I request IRDA to help me get me full amount of Rs. 50,000/- with interest upto 3 years.
Kindly do the need full and obliged.
