my name is kamal and i am using a reliance gsm number 9017301275 in haryana. relinace has dedcuted 13 rs from account balance without my knowledge and when i called for the querry on why the money was deducted they disconnected my call several times and finally in 4th attemps a gentleman listened to my issue but was not helping at all and kept on saying that either i have pressed a button to accept the offer i git through a call from reliance or i have activated R World on my phone and i kept on saying that i do not receive any calls from company number and my phone does not support R Wolrd or any internet related services and it does not have any option to activate any services like this but he did not listen to me and when i asked for a manager again the call was disconnected but no one could provide me the reason why the money was deducted from my account. what i belive here is that reliance is playing a dirty game here to increase their revenue but let me tell them that it will not last long.
if some one really read and action this forum please help in resolving this issue for me and help other people in getting their money back.
