Hi, this is Mrigank BhaIotia. I had purchased a micromax smartphone(model: canvas doodle 2) pn 1st january 2014. Since the very first day I am facing a problem with the cell phone. My phone started heating up enormously in the very first month and I complained about the problem to the dealer who had sold me the phone and he said it was because the phone required a software update and he kept the phone for 5 days and returned it to me by saying that the problem was solved. But, still I was facing the same problem and gradually after a few days my phone started getting switched off automatically and took hours to switch it on again. When i discussed about the problem with my dealer he asked for the handset and said that he would send my phone to the service center. I got my phone back after 20 days but still none of my problems was solved. this continued till may. In June my earphones started creating a problem and the phone was supporting it so my earphones were replaced which took 10 days and I got a new one which worked perfectly for about a month but again the same problem occurred and the company said that the earphones wouldn’t be replaced because 6 months was over and accessories have only a 6 month warranty. Soon my lcd display started getting white on the corners and my phone was heating up allot while charging and talking over the phone. I gave my phone to the service center and its been 45 days there is no response from the company’s side and they are saying that the parts are not available. Micromax had promised that they would repair my phone and return it to me within 20 days but they neither respond to my calls nor do they reply to my mails. I am being harassed like anything and facing allot of problems. Since the day of purchase my phone has gone to the service center for about 10 times but not even once any problem is solved. I request you to help me out and get my phone exchanged or money refunded. I would be highly obliged of you help me out and solve my problem.
