I purchased an apartment unit from AK Builders. The walls are leaking heavily and damaging my furniture. This was brought to the notice of the builder. He promise to rectify the defect but no actions initiated since two years . Please help me. The side walls should be repaired to arrest leakages as we have Computers, Bed, Mattresses which are damaged.

Why can’t the Modi Government bring in a Real Estate Regulator to punish erring Builders ?
