I had purchased A O Smith New Elite water heater, 10 Ltrs from Geetha Enterprises, Chalappuram P O, Kozhikode 673002 of Jaguar Company on 3/4/2013 invoice No. 30 dated 3/4/2013. After the installation I used it only for 3 Months and it stopped working. When I complained to Geetha Enterprises after long period Geetha Enterprise sent a service man Mr. Nipun, Mob No:- 9745135088. After checking the device he told that the coil is to be replaced and will rectify the error in a weeks time.But we didn’t get it repaired till date. As directed we contacted The Zonal customer care officer of Jaguar Mr. Regi Manohar, Mob No :-9745313933 and many others who promised to get it fixed by January 15 2015.But there wasn’t any move to repair it.

So we humbly request you to take steps to compensate our loss and redressal of our grievences that are the actual cost of the device Rs 7225, transportation and grievences, a total sum of 25000 from the company
