Hi I placed an order to purchase a book from the website. I am based in the UK but the book is for my niece who lives in Bangalore. The book was to be despatched from the publisher in Chennai within 5 days. Now it is more than a month but they have still not sent the book, though they have debited my ICICI account. I have emailed several times and called them many times but of no avail.

Refund of the amount. It is not much but I see that there are lots of complaints about this web site. So they must be stopped or punished.
