I have taken services from Aashiana Relocation, Village Rangpuri Mahipalpur, Delhi -110037 for shifting my house hold belongings from ‘B-103, 2nd floor, Sector 71, Noida’ to ‘4247, Surajpole Bazar, Near Reliance Fresh, 302003. for shifting all belongings Aashiana Relocation have taken two days and not delivered one paire of ‘Kerlon mattresses’, as Asshiana Relocation owner Mr Chodhery promised for these mattresses get delivered to me at jaipur through courier service V-Xpress ‘M/s V- Trans (India) LTD, Plot No.-F262, Road No. 13, V.K.I.A., Jaipur-302013. I got my mattresses 28 days late from the promised day, and I got mattresses in damaged or un-expect able condition. Due to this condition I have not accepted delivery from V-Xpress courier and asked Mr. Chodhery and V-Xpress to either get it repair or else give damages for these mattresses.

I want to settle this thing as V-Xpress courier company repetitively sending me letters for picking these damaged mattresses and threatening for legal or some extra charges punishment. I want mattresses either in good condition or else please compensate me the cost of these mattresses These mattresses are Kerlon 4″ mattresses market cost approximatly 8000/- INR
