Dear I have booked one confirmed ticket at 03:43:25PM from abhibus.com site for Moon light Tour & Travels bus from Chandigarh to Katra at 8:45PM Reporting time. But when i reached their with my Parents they have told me that my ticket has cancelled and they will not allow us to sit in the bus in very rudely manner. How can they cancel my confirm tickets without my approval & information? and that is when i am travelling with two Senior Citizens.

I want full refund of my cost incurred and also sufficient Penalty should be put on both of them i.e Abhibus.com & Moonlight Tour & Travels So that they will not do such type of misbehave & non cooperative behavior to others. I have seen that Bus was fully occupied till Driver seat and only to earn some money they have done so.
