Hi, I had booked a ticket through the abhibus.com. I booked my ticket on 9 october 2013 for the 11 october 2013. On the journey date i called the travel to inquire about the bus detail he informed me that this bus got cancelled 2 days back. After that i called to abhi bus customer support person they told that they dont have any information regarding the cancellation of bus service. I called him around the 6:30PM.They told me to update after 30 min. After that again i called him at 7:15 PM.then they confirm me that the bus sevice got cancelled. I asked him for the alternate option for they asking me more money. Till now i did not get any confirmation from the service provider in written.
