About Customer Care Support

This is Amit Kumar Shaw. I have an Airtel Prepaid SIM number being 9831398242 which is registered on the name of Vikash Agarwal. I requested a prepaid bill for the month of January by messging the address and Rs.50 has been deducted also from my account but I did not receive the bill in time. I contaced Airtel customer care several time but they did not respond correctly. They told me that the address did not match so the bill could not be sent but I confirmed from the Customer Care excutive before requesting the bill that I want to receive the Bill at my new address and they said yes it is possible. But later when I did not receive the bill, I contacted again and they said that we can not send the Bill. I talked to a senior executive but his behaviour and way of talking was not good. He did not answered me properly and hunged up the call. It was on 2nd April. I am from Kolkata. This is not the correct way to handle the customers. Please do all the needful regarding this.
