Hi, My consumer ID with Act Broadband is : 10314573. Our Broadband is been down from last 2 weeks. We have lodged numerous complaints with customer service without any success. We have given fake promises. They promise every time that it will fixed or an engineer will be sent in 24 hrs. But its been 2 weeks without any engineer visiting us or broadband been fixed.We are suspecting junction box is broken down, which is kept on our terrace. It needs a replacement. Engineer hasn’t fixed our issues also our complaint ticket gets closed without notifying us
We want broadband to fixed, also compensate our broadband bills and pay for our telephone bills
