My internet is not working since 3 days.whenever I call customer care, they say will be fixed today but I haven’t got any resolution yet.

I m into job and it really costs me a lot if I don’t have internet working at my place.I m unable to login to my company’s important websites.

Please assist in getting the issue fixed as soon as possible or let Act refund my paid amount.
