I have taken this connection 4-5 months back. Since then I am facing the same issue 4-5 times in week. during the the night when i try to connect to internet , its very slow or no connectivity . when i call the call centre they say to contact the local operator who is not available during the night and so i don’t get the service . The local operator next day says its a problem with company , in between i am loosing money and time.
I want the operator to fix the connection and return my installation cost so that i can move to a different operator . I don’t want to pay for service which i hardly get also.
