Dear sir, I purchased micromax A-30 smarty3.0 mobile phone on 08 MARCH 2013 but on the 15th day the phone got hanged and its speaker gone out of order then i submitted it to the micromax service center at Asansol, West Bengal but they were not able to repair it in time and neglected the matter so, I had taken back the phone without full repair, after 2 days again touch screen of the phone have stopped responding. when i took it to the service center they are telling that my phone is water damaged, and neglecting me and they are telling that they can repair your mob but I ve to pay for the service and misbehaving with me. but i can challenge you that my phone is not water damaged. SO PLEASE HELP ME FOR THE ABOVE CASE.
