I bought Sanjeev Kapur Diamond coated Pans from them. It was delivered on 18.11.12. The same day I used it and found that the product does not perform as shown on TV. With bin 4 hours I filed complain with them to take back the pans.Since then I have been following with them to replace. Today ie on 02.01.2013 I spoke to their Ms Jyoti on 18605001860. Its the same promise but now I feel cheated as inspite of calling 5 times they don,t seem to be bothered.

Wastage of time and money. Their pans are useless to me. I have to call them again and again and incur mental fatigue and telephone expense.

I want to them to collect the utensils immediately and full refund with whatever for inconvenience caused to me.
