Respected Sir,

I am an Ex-Serviceman and invested in Sterling Tree Magnum(India) Limited, Registered Office 154, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Madras 600018 for Teakequity Plan vide Application No:T 20454 for value of Rs. 6330/- (paid vide State Bank of India, Coimbatore Branch Demand Draft No: 248343 dated 13-09-993) for five teak trees and the company has returned a sum of Rs. 100/- towards waving of Rs.20/- for each tree vide company letter dated 17-09-1993. The company issued me an Easy Retirement Teakquity Certicate bearing No: E 412 dated 15-03-1994 with the following promisses. a. 1st Interim return of Rs. 4000/- after a period of 6 years ( i.e. as on September 1999) b. 2nd Interim return of Rs 18,000/- after a period of 12 years (ie., as on September 2005) c. Maturity amount promissed of Rs. 3 lakhs 10 thousand after a period of 20 years and a life time pension of Rs. 3100/- p.m. Almost 16 years passed but I have received nothing so far from the company, even I have made many correspondence regarding the Interim returns with the company. This shows that neither the company is existing or if the company is existing, it has cheated investors like me. Therefore I kindly request you to file a case against this compalint towards M/S Sterling Tree Magnum(India) Limited, Registered Office 154, Eldams Road, Teynampet, Madras 600018, and get my invested amount returned to me with maximum returns from the company.
