We had send GC No-4362062 consignment from Delhi to Vadodara on 14th March 2014 though Agarwal packers and mover, Sir we had booked this consignment through your Patparganj branch and Mr. Sushil attended my call his contact no is 9310203271, but unfortunately when that material was delivered at site (Vadodara) it was broken and unpacked. I have informed that the local Delhi office but there has been no response. Till now (Dated-07.04.2014) No one from agency had cleared to me that why the consignment reached unpacked. Your inspector Mr. Vijay has visited our Vadodara home instructed and agreed that all the material is in bad and in broken condition, your inspector mobile no is 9327423588. After that we again contacted to Ms. Riya in Delhi Branch who asked me that you can contact to Vadodara branch only they will answer you why your packing is opened and why material is going to damaged. Sir, On 24th March 2014 that material is reached at Vadodara. To till date I’m following up with your office against my claim. My consignment is covered under insurance the insurance amount is 20000/- It is unfortunate there has been no reply or support We are very very disappointed to your services. List of the broken material 1. Dining Table – Broken 2. Dining Glass – Broken 3. Dining Chairs, 06no – Broken 4. Side Table – Broken 5. Bed boxes – Broken 6.
