We made the blunder of our life by engaging M/s Agarwal Packers & Movers (DRS Group) for transportation of our Honda City Car and our household items from Bangalore to Noida. We handed over the Car and other items to them during first week of April, 14 and made the advance payment of about Rs. 36000/- . They have not delivered our Car & 2 out of the 22 boxes to us even after a lapse of more than 9 months? We were informed that the Car had got damaged in an accident. On the request of their Director Shri HP Singh (head of their Delhi office at Patparganj Industrial Area), we allowed the company to use our Car’s insurance with the written agreement signed by Shri HP Singh that “During the period of repair, the car will remain in Company’s possession. After the repair is over, the company will make the payment to the Honda workshop and the delivery of the car thereafter will be given to us.” The Car was ready for delivery at the Honda workshop from 14.10.14 and the company had to simply pay the repair bill of Rs. 102394/- and give the delivery of the car to us. It is shocking that despite our hectic follow-up through emails, tel. calls and personal visits in their office, , the company has flatly refused to pay this amount. Finally on no other choice basis, I had to make the payment myself as the Honda workshop was pressing hard for taking the delivery of car. But, the Company as per records and agreement has not given the delivery of the car to us. They have taken our money (Rs. 36000/-) as well as our Car and other items and not delivered them so far. This is a serious case of cheating and fraud. It is understood that there are many innocent customers like me who are being harassed by this Company. It is requested that the Govt. should get their actions investigated by CBI/ Delhi Police and bring them to book.
