I got my Car (Swift Dezire)through Agarwal Safe Home Trans to trivandrum, Kerala from Kolkata, WB. We had agreed on the car being transported in a lorry but instead it was drove down to trivandrum with a major dent on the car. Now the Person is not willing to provide any assistance in regards to my dent and has stopped receiving my Call also. Kindly assist us.

I want that whatever the cost incurred for repair should be refunded.
