I have booked flight tickets for myself and my wife on 4th April 2016 from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore by Air Asia flight departing at 6.40 pm. I have paid Rs.6078/ through internet banking. So far the ticket and itenary are not sent. when tried to contact the airlines by he Customer care number provided by them in the websites,i.e. 18605008000, CT, USA is displayed on my mobile screen. Also the message’check the number’ is conveyed. I am put to unnecessary mental stress. Kindly look into the issue and inform me the action taken to the my e mail ID or mobile.
