This is in reference in regard to the refund for the partially traveled route ticket Confirmation ID 031214612 XQI4IBHHH PNR 95NJZE Air India due to the failure of the airline. Despite of repeated pursuance first through call and then through emails the booking agency has not yet processed the matter of refund till date and is now asking for a stamped copy of airline. We have written to the airlines but they are non responsive in this regard saying that the refund has been processed on 15th January 2015 and the company has no onus for the refund for ticketing through a channel partner. 1. When the transaction of ticket is procedural and easy then why the refund to the concerned account is not automatic. 2. Why did it take three months for ease my trip to ask for a stamped copy 3. why can’t airline issue a stamp copy despite of consistent persuasion when the confirmation id and PNR is available along with the details of the tickets. 4. How long shall it take for a refund of a significant amount for a user.
Direct refund loss of Rs. 6000/- been personally to the Air India Office from Jammu at least three times Rs. 5000. Rs. 6000/- plus interest for the period at 15% rate along Rs. 10000/- as psychological and other expenditures.
