I book ticket on date 12/oct/2014 of Air India airline by agent from pithampur but some reason i cancelled ticket, company told me that amount will credited in agent account within 48 hours but uptill today after 4 month i didn’t get my money back, customer care office is saying that they cancelled my ticket and refund but agent is saying no amount is credited in his account, please sort out my problem. My ticket value after cancellation is 9769 and from last four month i am continue taking follow up.

I just want my money back with four month interest and i also need my full convenience/ transportation charge whatever i bear and i also lost my lot of time.
