1. I am a Central govt Employee with grade pay 4800/- 2. I visited along with my family to A&N Islands through Air India from Kolkatta to Port Blair & Back during month of Oct 2013. The Travel was done by myself as per Air India LTC Package updated on 02 Jul 2012. 3. Now My audit authority denied to re-reimburse the bills of traveling on plea that I am not entitled to travel by Air and bill only would pass as per Ship travel in authorized class. 4. However Air India clearly indicated that “Employees who are entitled to travel by rail by 2ND class for availing LTC to Andaman & Nicobar Islands can travel by Air.”

Sir I want to know why air india given wrong information on LTC Scheme to central Govt. employees.If required letter availble please forward same for my further action and solve my problems. Thanks
