I booked one Ticket of Air India Express Ticket Name and Date Q03GTP/19.02.2013 from Muscat Kochin-Muscat. from www.airindexpress.in. The Ticket Price was 134.16OMR(20,000INR) with ticket Price Air India Express Debited one more transaction for the amount 1341.6 OMR(2,00,000INR). Actually I Purchased One Ticket only for the amount of 134.160OMR.Both Tranascation Happened on the same date 19.02.2013. I made several mail and Reminders to customersupport@airindiaexpress.in but there is no action has taken yet.Since Months I have been sending so many mails with attached My Credit Card statement and Ticket Copy. But Still my issue is not yet solved .

Now I want to Pay 38000AED (6,00,000INR) to my Credit Card because of this Wrong Transaction made huge interest of my Outstanding

this has caused me extreme mental agony, tension, sleeplessness Relief amount must be 2500OMR/3,00,000INR
