I opted for 67 INR Aircel internet pack and got 500 MB 3G data. Then i wanted a talktime recharge and checked the offer. It clearly said “42 me 42 ka Full Talktime” and nothing else. After that i went for a recharge of 42 rupees. Tge aircel gave me an amount of 42 but additionally gave me 50mb 2G data and they cancelled out the 500 MB 3G data that i got from. 67 pack. Now how would i know about that 50MB thing if the dont write that in offers. Offers say that you get 42 out of 42 and nothing about the 2G data. But they cut all 3G data by themselves. This is trap to con costumers.
I lost 67 pack of 500MB 3G and all my balance of 42 rupees went into drain and when i had a conversation with the costumer care executive, he told me to wait till 27th of January and he told me that this problem will not b solved, there are very less chances. The tone of the executive was very rude. Am I mad or what ? The complaint no. Is 18111648821
Being a good and honest man unlike these aircel guys, i want my 500 mb of 3G back and my 42 rupees of balance back too. This is the money of hardwork do please don’t cheat.
