I am writing to you regarding continuous 3G coverage and network issues with my Aircel 3G (8507947205). This is not my 1st complain. I had registered complain regarding the issue earlier also, complain reference no. (1-21290884185). Thereafter the issues were resolved temporarily. Now again the issues have come up. Almost more the whole last week there was 3G coverage (H) but speed was lower than 2G, pretty small and basic websites like Google weren’t opening, so low was the browsing speed. Now for last 2 days there is no 3G coverage, I am a heavy net user and I am using your top end net pack (Rs-545), for almost 2 years, but now it’s becoming difficult to continue with Aircel. My last complain reference no. was (1-22097346955) rose on 12th Feb 2016 and was expected to be resolved by 15th Feb 2016, but there is still no resolution yet, the condition has deteriorated. I request for speedy resolution or I would have to seriously reconsider using your service.
