Respected sir, The money/balance in my ph no 7278160xxx has been deducted(now quite often)without any valid reason. A message “Thanks for using Aircel Service” has been sent after the deduction of Rs.5/- each time.Sometimes Rs 15/, 20/- also.The time & date of some last occasions have been given here.25.04.14 between 9pm-11pm. 18.0414 @12.28pm, 9.4.14@12.14pm,24.03.14@8.56pm, 26.02.14@ 4.42pm and also in october13-january14. When the customer care personnel of Aircel were contacted they sometimes told that it was meant for download charges or sometimes they informed I was using some kind of service. Moreover I have requested them time &again to kindly stop this harassment & I was assured so. But only time has been changed so far not the harassment of mine. Since January I have been using Nokia(model no: 1203-2 V4.21)handset which is not GPRS enabled. It is so much disgusting and irritating to have such treatment from a telecom service provider. I have not yet understood the meaning of customer service and their satisfaction. Moreover the network signal is not satisfactory for the last one month. There is no value for money.

I want to be free from the harassment and the money deducted without any valid reason be refunded.
