Aircel – Deduction wrongly in name of non-activation of voucher

Respected Sir/Madam, It is bring to your kind notice that Aircel has debited my Rs. 575/- wrongly in the name of non-activation of Netpack. I have logged complaint to Head customer care manager as well as appellate officer but they have provided me no proper resolution, and told me that they cannot help me for my issue and telling me that I have not activated netpack and run internet without pack, I asked them that I am not fool as run internet without pack and throw Rs. 575/- in fire for work which can be done in Rs. 8/- only. The appellate officer told me that no netpack was activated on my mobile, but confirmation USSD message comes to my mobile confirming activation of netpack. So, you are therefore requested to interfere in the matter and arrange to refund Rs. 575/- to my mobile balance. I am attaching copy of my complaint to company for your reference. Thanking You. As information by all your officials contradict and is misleading as appealate authority told me that confirmation sms comes to mobile after netpack is activated but in reality no sms comes. He told me that no pack was activated but your customer care says that netpack was activated on my mobile. He also told me that Rs. 8/- data voucher donot work on modem, only vouchers above Rs. 198 works on modem, but in real all your voucher works on modem. It is sadfull that such a senior officer of your company donot know anything in real case. I take so many days to write to you so I can verify the fact of your officers. But they are wrong and trying to fool the customers. You are therefore requested to credit my account with all deductions as you are ultimate authority of company, otherwise as a last step ultimately I will be compelled to take shelter of TRAI, Consumer Forum or Law.
