Aircel has send me few sms that they are giving extra talk time on certain recharge amount.I am getting these sms regularly almost daily so on 12 July i decided to recharge with 20 rs as sms send by them said that they will give rs 30 talk time on the recharge of rs 20.but sms said that 15.80 balance will be given immediately and res rs 14.20 will be given after 72 hours.But after 72 hours i never got the rest amount.I called their customer care complain desk that is on 198 but they refused that such offer is there i told them that i have the sms that your company send me.but they refused to make a complain regarding my recharge, they also told me that they haven’t record of recharge because it is already after 72 hours i m calling and they told me that they are transferring my call to their senior and put me on hold about 30 minutes and no one answered my call.Then i again called on customer care no 121 same thing happened there no one taking the responsibility or even loading my complain. Then i decided to complain here because its not the matter of Rs. 20 its matter of cheating the customer. After 72 hours i think everyone forget about RS 14.20.And company taking their advantage by cheating them.
