Aircel – false statement given by customer care

Respected core members,I recharged for Rs29 aircel 2g/3g net pack and the serial no of the recharge voucher is 60141157402.This voucher is for both 2g aswell as for 3g users.Am using 3g services hence i reacharged the vocher and i checked my data balance which clearly showed 200mb 3g data left but with in few mins my data balance was nil and my balance was went nil after dis problem i complained to the service provider regarding the loss of data and talktime money.In responce to my query to took the complaint and assured to solve within 48 hrs but still they are unable to give a valid reasons for my loss of data and money.The reasons stated by VASU(TEAM LEADER)customer care services AIRCEL limited was totally false and a irresposible way of looking towards the customer query.I have the reacharge voucher and the company has the usage records KINDLY I REQUEST U TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS ON AIRCEL LIMITED without initimating the tarrif plans on recharge vouchers since they sell vouchers stating pocket internet for both 2g aswell as for 3g but after recharging grabbinig all the balance from the customer stating that voucher was suppose to be for 2g.PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I want the company to apologise for what they did and refund my total balance rs53 and 40 paise.Also i would suggest that the company should inform about their changes in tarrif to the customers in the form of sms before thhey implement.
