Hi Team, I have using aircel No (9852132xxx). I have internet data balance and also its validity, But when I use internet, balance had gone from my account I had complained last 5 days. Still now it had not solved. On 5th march, I complained , I got also complain no. 1-14886789801 regarding returning of balance. as per your MSG issue has resolved but I didn’t get the balance.

Please refund my Balance and start my internet on my mobile no.
